NEW FEATURE: Additional Reference Fields

Radaro software is purposefully designed to provide transparency across your last mile, that final stage of getting goods or services to your customer.

 

One way we achieve this, is by having multiple access levels that allow various departments to view the delivery information that benefits them in their role:

 

  • Physical location of delivery vehicles
  • Progress throughout the days delivery route
  • Job status with expected arrival times

 

Transparency is great, but you also need to be able to query and find the information you’re looking for in a timely manner.

 

With the Radaro search feature, staff can quickly access job details when needed.

Searchable Fields

With the Radaro search feature, staff can
quickly access job details when needed. Searchable data fields include:

 

  • Customer Name (full or partial)
  • Street address
  • Job Reference
  • Job Comment

Two New Job Reference Fields

To enable further flexibility and data referencing, Radaro has added two additional Job Reference fields.

“It allows business departments to use their language. Where warehouse teams may operate in consignment numbers, sales will be using sales orders. By allowing multiple job references, multiple details can be included with Radaro jobs allowing ease of visibility across all stakeholders.”

The Reference Fields can be utilised when adding individual jobs (or editing pending jobs) within the Radaro Management Portal.

 

When adding jobs via the Bulk Upload feature, additional columns will need to be added to your data file. Contact your Radaro account manager for assistance.
