NEW FEATURE: Second Address Line

How often have you jumped in your car, and your car’s GPS doesn’t recognise the address you are entering? The street doesn’t exist, or the street number isn’t there as an option?

Now imagine you’re a delivery driver or a service technician just trying to get on with their day, and the address they’re searching for isn’t appearing?

Radaro uses Google Address validation, to ensure that the address being provided to drivers is accurate however as more residential blocks are re-zoned to allow for apartments, sub- divisions and townhouses, it can lead to addresses not being recognised.

Radaro has introduced a second address line that is a free text field, so you can provide additional information to the driver ensuring they will deliver to the correct address.

How to Use the Second Address Line

The second address line can be used for:

  • Unit or Suite Numbers
  • Business names
  • Or any address related data you wish to pass to the Driver

How does the second address line impact me?

The second Address line can be utilised when adding individual jobs (or editing pending jobs) within the Radaro Management Portal.

When adding jobs via the Bulk Upload feature, the job address 2 column can be used. Contact your Radaro account manager for assistance updating your data file.
